HSG AUTOFOCUS CUTTING HEAD
HSG GX models come standard with WSX NC Series Autofocus cutting heads. German-designed WSX heads are used industry wide due to their easy to maintain, modular design, and universal QBH connectors.
The fully sealed internal structure ensures the highest quality beam delivery for lasting and precise cutting performance.
PANASONIC SERVO MOTORS
The GX series comes equipped with premium Japanese-inertia servo motors from Panasonic. Unmatched in durability, these servo motors allow rapid acceleration while maintaining incredible precision.
DUAL PLATFORM EXCHANGE TABLES
Independently developed exchange table system can swap tables in under 15 seconds; increasing efficiency and ensuring machine downtime is at a minimum.
FULLY ANNEALED SEMI-HOLLOW FRAME
HSG steel frames are annealed at over 600° to relieve internal stress. This ensures they can withstand heavy use without distortion. The advanced semi-hollow bed design dissipates more heat than competitors and prevents deformation.

ENHANCED SUCTION
The fully enclosed design with downflow roof fans provides consistent positive air pressure to maintain a smoke free environment. Separate suction bays activate below the cutting head with separated left and right partitions to ensure a clean cutting environment and minimal smoke. HSG‘s patented butterfly valves mute the noise of the shutters for quiet operation.
INDEPENDENT AIR CONDITIONED CABINET
A separate humidity controlled cabinet houses the IPG laser source, effectively dissipating heat and prolonging the service life of the unit.
HSG-X2000 CNC SOFTWARE
Easy to use one button system initiation for common functions.
Advanced nesting included along with drag and drop cutting functionality straight from the machine.
This system will accept G-Code .NC files as well as .GBR, .AI, .PLT, .DXF & .LXD
4TH-GENERATION ALUMINIUM
CROSSBEAM
HSG‘s 4th-generation aluminium crossbeam is extruded using 6-series aviation-grade aluminium alloy. The honeycomb compressive structure is designed in accordance with aerospace engineering design standards to ensure the highest dynamic performance.
It measures less than 50% of the weight of traditional iron gantries, ensuring superior rigidity, higher acceleration and reduced inertia, and diminishing the associated wear and tear on the machine and its components.
ALPHA RACK & PINIONS
HSG Laser uses state-of-the-art racks and pinions from Alpha Wittenstein.
Advanced German engineering and precision manufacturing have created the highest-quality linear systems available today, precision machined to a Japanese standard of JIS #2.
AVENTICS & SMC GAS CIRCUIT CONTROL
HSG use imported Aventics and SMC 3-in-1 proportio- nal valves for both Oxygen and Nitrogen assist gases. These can accurately and durably handle low and high pressure cutting.
